  Suggested Use

  Shake well before use

  For adults, take one (1) dropperful (1 ml) daily, preferably with a meal. Can be mixed in your favorite beverage, or consumed directly from the dropper. See chart for smaller dosage recommendations. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
