Now Foods Double Strength 5-HTP (200 mg per capsule) has twice the power as in our regular product (100 mg per capsule). 5-HTP, is the metabolite formula in between the amino acid L-tryptophan and serotonin, It is Vegetarian extracted from the bean of an African plant (Griffonia simplicifolia).

Suggested Use Of 5-HTP

As Now Foods 5-HTP is a dietary supplement, It is advised to take 1 nos of  5-HTP capsule a day, preffered on an empty stomach at bedtime.  Also, Consider taking our other Now Foods 5-HTP products: Valerian Root, Relora and Pantothenic Acid.
